How to Spot Hidden Gems When House Hunting
I always say the Roanoke Valley is full of hidden gems, and not just homes, but neighborhoods, trails, and little local spots that make living here special.
I want to show a home that seemed pretty average online, but in person, it had the most beautiful backyard and a stunning view of the mountains. My buyer said, “This is the kind of peace you can’t photograph.” That’s the thing about real estate here, sometimes the magic is in what you can’t see in the listing photos.
My favorite part of this job is helping people uncover those hidden treasures that feel like they’re waiting just for them.
